It was almost as if we were her only concern. We NEVER felt as if we went unnoticed while at the pool. She could not have been more on top of things drink wise. Indira was a server at the Preferred Pool. His R E L A X I N G mantra set the tone for the week. Each day began with a note from hm on our phones and then he would find us multiple times during the day to make sure everything was perfect. Carlos made sure our first butler experience would be our best butler experience. We had never before experienced butler service. Wow! Before I get to far into this I must acknowledge a few of these amazing people. By the second day some were recognizing us and calling us by name. The workers here go above and beyond to make your stay spectacular. Our visit to this all-inclusive resort in the DR was outstanding!
