Some classes already perform better than others with lower AP, if these classes can sacrifice some AP and be really tanky while other classes can't make the same deal, wouldn't it be simply another lack of balance? I'd love to see survivability being a little more present, but at the same time I'd be worried by the consequences. I know both evasion and DR builds are struggling but I am hoping this will bring some light to a subject that does need to be addressed with some good discussion maybe we can attract some attention to this. We also need to have DP brackets updated, this is going to be absolutely necessary to carry us into the future. There is no light at the end of the tunnel so it's time for PA to adress survivability again.Ī suggestion would be is to bring out RBF scaling where your DR increases as you get lower in HP allowing you to be able to survive a bit longer making fights last longer. Getting to this point has taken years but getting wrecked like I have no DP at all kinda suck. I am currently C17 armor and Tri FG, I am topping 715 Gs and at 412 dp I don't have much left to finish. Musa, Zerker, Drac toss on 305-320 ap and some range literally feed your zerker and there is nothing you can do.
In part alot has to do with easier accessibility to high end gear and the Meta of specific classes that are way overboard on PVP damage. We are currently in one of those spots were there is WAY to much damage in the game.
PA has always found a way to add too much damage then take away to long to balance it right before they add more damage.
